Terms & Conditions

  1. In buying from or placing an order with Dosa London Ltd, trading as Dosa, you agree that the following terms and conditions apply to your order or purchase.
  2. Your agreement to buy is with Dosa and you undertake that all information you provide is wholly accurate and correct, and that you have sufficient funds to cover payment of the garments.
  3. You agree that your email address is the contact information to be used in connection with any order placed.
  4. You confirm that you are aged 18 or over and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Dosa London Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order where this condition is not met.
  5. While every care has been taken to ensure that any garments on the website are displayed as accurately as possible, the actual colours or appearance of any fabric you see may depend on the device you use to access the website or view items via a third-party website, and we cannot therefore guarantee this may reflect the true colour or appearance of the fabric of the item on delivery.
  6. We are not responsible for any content accessed as a link from this website nor do we endorse any content, products or services unless specifically stated.
  7. All garments are subject to availability and prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£ GB). PRE-ORDER & PRODUCTION
  8. Every Dosa garment is made to order. The making begins once payment is received and confirmed. Each piece takes between four and ten weeks to craft and dispatch, depending on the garment. Exact timelines are noted on each product page.
  9. Some pieces may be completed sooner depending on the garment; an estimated production timeframe will be indicated on the individual product page prior to purchase. DISPATCH & SHIPPING.
  10. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided to the email address associated with your order.
  11. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Dosa does not accept any liability for the garments once they have been dispatched.
  12. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or any circumstances outside of our control.
  13. Any import duties, taxes or similar charges imposed on delivery to an international destination are the sole responsibility of the client. RETURNS & FAULTY ITEMS
  14. All products are made to order. For this reason, all orders are non-refundable and all sales are final.
  15. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. This includes sizing, fit or personal preference.
  16. Refunds will only be offered if the garment is faulty and provided there is a fault which is not attributable to the mishandling, wear or misuse of the item by the client. No refund is payable for normal wear and tear.
  17. If you believe your item has been received in a faulty condition, you must contact us at studio@dorsa-ldn.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  18. All claims must include clear photographic evidence and a written description of the issue. Claims submitted outside of this window will not be considered.
  19. All claims are subject to review and are assessed at the sole discretion of Dosa.
  20. Items returned without prior written approval will not be accepted. Approval of a claim does not guarantee a resolution until the garment has been physically inspected by Dosa upon return.
  21. Where a fault is confirmed following physical inspection, Dosa will endeavour to repair the garment. A refund will only be considered in the exceptional circumstance that repair is not possible.
  22. Any approved returns must be received in the same condition as dispatched, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. The cost of returning the garment to our studio is the sole responsibility of the client. CUSTOM ORDERS
  23. An initial deposit of 50% of the price (‘the Initial Deposit’) is required for any order for a custom garment. This deposit is due and payable in full within 3 days of issue of the client’s invoice.
  24. The balancing payment of 50% of the custom order (‘the Balance’) is due and payable in full on receipt of the final invoice and, for the avoidance of doubt, all garments must be paid for in full before dispatch.
  25. All legal ownership of the garments is retained by Dosa until payment of both the Initial Deposit and the Balance has been made in full.
  26. The client is solely responsible for the accuracy of any measurements provided. Dosa accepts no liability for any fit or sizing issues arising from incorrect or incomplete measurements submitted by the client.
  27. All custom orders are non-refundable. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be offered under any circumstance. GENERAL.
  28. To the extent permitted by law, Dosa gives no warranties in relation to the website or regarding the accuracy of any descriptions and illustrations of items.
  29. All intellectual property rights including copyright in any sketches, designs, drawings or other information created for a custom item are reserved to Dosa on a worldwide basis.
  30. Any variation of these terms shall be in writing.
  31. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid for whatever reason, it shall be regarded as separate to the rest of these terms which shall remain in effect.
  32. These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
